This hybrid role blends public‑facing brand representation with behind‑the‑scenes communications support. You’ll be the warm, welcoming presence that clients meet at events, and the creative voice shaping our digital and community engagement.

Requirements

  • Represent Dayanara Group at professional organization meetings, community events, vendor showcases, pop‑ups, and networking events

  • Serve as a polished, friendly face of the brand, embodying our values of hospitality, care, and professionalism

  • Build authentic relationships with clients, partners, and local businesses

  • Share knowledge about our travel services, event planning offerings, and destination expertise


Communications & Content Support

  • Draft engaging social media posts, email updates, event announcements, and promotional messaging

  • Assist with content planning, scheduling, and community management across platforms

  • Capture photos, short videos, and testimonials during events for marketing use

  • Maintain brand voice consistency across all communications


Marketing & Outreach

  • Support marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and travel/event showcases

  • Distribute promotional materials and assist with lead‑generation activities

  • Track engagement metrics, event performance, and client feedback to inform strategy


Operational & Administrative Support

  • Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, and on‑site setup

  • Maintain organized records of communications, contacts, and outreach activities

  • Provide general support to the Dayanara Group leadership team as needed


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Comfortable speaking with diverse audiences in person and online

  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, travel, marketing, or communications preferred

  • Strong writing skills with attention to detail and brand consistency

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and represent the brand with professionalism

  • Flexible schedule — occasional evenings or weekends for events


Schedule & Compensation

  • Part‑time: 10–20 hours per week

  • Hybrid: mix of remote communications work + in‑person brand activation in Dallas

  • Compensation based on experience
