All new clients must fill out the Travel Booking Request Form. Once received, we'll either contact you for more details or get straight to pulling quotes based on what's available in our extensive list of suppliers.

The below fee structure is based on a per trip basis. Fees may fluctuate based on the number of travelers.

Packaged Bookings

The following combination booking services are free to clients:

Hotel + Flight
Hotel + Car Rental
Hotel + Flight + Car Rental

Packages may also include properties, such as VRBO rentals, or other variation. Booking is free for straight-forward bookings of packaged deals. Research fees may still apply at $50/person

$50 Per Person

Cruise or Tour Only Bookings

Research fee to round up quotes, and eventually book a cruise, tour and select activities and excursions.

Custom Itinerary Design

Multi-destination research or customized travel itinerary, domestic or international (based on interests & budget)
Consultation with logistics including destination(s), lodging, transportation and local activities
Correspondence with tour operators and vendors
Booking and confirmation of all travel components

Additional Fees

Airline-only ticketing and management
- $75/ticket domestic
- $125/ticket international
Trip Management ($25 -$50 per item)
*costs may vary & in some cases, may be waived for return clients

- Assistance with Travel Insurance Claim
- Passport application assistance
- Reconciliation of bookings and payments for groups greater than 6 travelers

All fees charged for services by Dayanara Group, LLC are non-refundable. For all partners involved in your trip (hotels, guides, cruise lines, etc.) that are not booked by our agency, it is the client's responsibility to adhere to individual policies.
