As we are unlike your average 9-to-5, traditional travel agency or event planning service, Dayanara Group hires candidates whose preferences are aligned with our flexible work environment with tremendous room for creativity and growth. Our future agents will be trained in direct sales, network marketing and building client and vendor relationships.

Position Types: Remote, Part-Time, with a potential to be Full-Time if desired

Candidates who join our team must be willing to:

Become a certified travel agent within the first month of joining the agency
Commit to assisting with event planning as needed
Have a whatever-it-takes attitude to deliver the best service to clients
Have an entrepreneurial spirit who can independently problem solve and communicate well to team members and clients
Grow their love for travel by attending courses throughout the week
Participate in familiarization trips and ongoing training and other professional development to be well-versed in the evolving travel industry

Ideal Candidates

No travel agency experience needed. To be successful in this role as an agent, you must have a genuine love or passion for travel. Customer service experience preferred. We train all candidates to learn company processes, culture and quality of conducting business. Ideal candidates include:
